I can only imagine how difficult it must be to transcribe a digital recording to text with all of the noise and different accents inherent in a recording. For the most part, I it transcribes correctly at a 70-80% ratio which still requires me to listen to the recording after I have exported to a word doc to correct any mistakes on the transcription.
